WPC floor is composed of wood fiber (accounting for 35%-70%) and thermoplastic (such as PVC, PE, PP), which has both the natural texture of wood and the stability of plastic. Its wear-resistant revolution can reach 300,000 revolutions, and the thickness of wear-resistant layer is directly related to its service life:
- 0.55mm wear-resistant layer: normal use ≥5 years.
- 0.7mm wear-resistant layer: ≥10 years.
- 1.2mm wear layer: > 10 years.
The overall service life can reach 15-50 years, far exceeding that of ordinary wood floors.
