Q1: Are the sample kits really free?
Yes. Physical sample swatches (WPC, SPC, PU Stone, etc.) are complimentary. You only cover the express courier fees (DHL/FedEx/UPS), which will be 100% credited back to your account when you place your first full container order.
Q2: What is included in a standard sample kit?
A standard kit includes physical panel cutouts showing profile geometry, color choices, wood-grain/stone finishes, and basic mounting keels or accessories so you can review the complete system.
Q3: Can samples be customized to specific colors, profiles, or densities?
Yes. As an OEM/ODM manufacturer with custom tooling capabilities, we can produce custom-colored or custom-molded sample prototypes according to your CAD drawings or design guidelines.
Q4: How long does it take to receive the samples?
Standard sample sets are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom-finished or specially molded samples take approximately 5–7 business days, plus standard international express delivery time.
