WPC is composed of wood fiber (wood powder, bamboo powder, etc.), plastic polymer (such as PVC, PE, PP) and a small amount of additives, which has both the natural texture of wood and the durability of plastic.
Durability and stability
- Strong Weatherability: anti-ultraviolet, no deformation or cracking at -50℃ to +70℃, and low thermal expansion rate (only 1-3mm per meter).
- Anti-corrosion And Biological Erosion: no mildew, moth-eaten and termite-resistant, especially suitable for wet areas.
- Low Shrinkage: the shrinkage at high temperature (80℃/6h) is only 0.07%~0.11%, which is superior to PVC materials.
