WPC(Wood-Plastic Composite) is a new type of environmental protection material, which is formed by mixing natural plant fibers (wood flour, rice husk, straw, etc.) with thermoplastics (such as PVC, PE, PP) and additives through high-temperature extrusion.

Using waste wood flour and recycled plastics, it can be recycled and almost zero formaldehyde.

Core technology&technology
Basic Technology
Raw Material Mixing: wood flour/plant fiber+plastic particles (such as PVC and PE)+additives (stabilizers, lubricants, etc.)
High-temperature Extrusion: the mixture is heated and plasticized (150-190℃) by a screw extruder, and extruded by a die.
Cooling&Setting: the shrinkage rate (ideal density 0.85-0.92 g/cm) is controlled by water cooling or rapid cooling and curing in the setting mold.
Surface Treatment Technology
Lamination/thermal Transfer: a wear-resistant layer (such as PVC film) is attached to the surface of the substrate, and the texture is printed by hot pressing technology.
Co-extrusion Technology: simultaneously extrude the base and wear-resistant layer to improve the bonding strength (such as SPC/WPC floor).
UV Coating: increase scratch resistance and color stability.
