The structure of WPC board (Wood Plastic Composite) is mainly composed of the following layers:
LVT skin layer: This is the outermost layer of WPC floor, usually including paint layer and color film layer, which provides wear resistance and beautiful effect.
WPC substrate layer: This is the core layer of WPC floor, which is mainly made of wood fiber and plastic (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), and is compounded with other layers through hot pressing process.
Base layer: The base can choose IXPE (silent pad) or cork pad, or it can be without base. The functions of base include moisture-proof, sound absorption, increase foot feel and beauty.

The manufacturing process of WPC board mainly includes the following steps:
Mixed raw materials: Mix plant fibers such as wood powder and rice husks with plastic materials (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.).
Extrusion molding: The mixture is extruded into the desired shape by an extruder.
Hot pressing composite: The LVT surface layer and the WPC base layer are composited together through a hot pressing process to form a complete WPC floor.
